On June 27, 2024, Trinseo PLC issued a press release announcing a dividend of $0.01 payable on July 22, 2024 to shareholders of record as of July 7, 2024. The issued press release included a typographical error stating that the record date is July 7, 2024; the correct record date is July 8, 2024.
A copy of the press release explaining the correction is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
