Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 11, 2021, Triumph Group, Inc. (the “Company”) finalized the terms of a Separation Agreement with Daniel J. Ostrosky, the Company’s Vice President, Supply Chain and a named executive officer who has departed the Company. The Separation Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
