On December 11, 2025, TrueBlue, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Kristy Willis, Executive Vice President, PeopleReady, was no longer employed by the Company, effective December 10, 2025. This was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
