On May 21, 2025 TrustCo Bank Corp NY (“TrustCo”) issued a press release announcing that on May 20, 2025 its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.36 per share. The dividend is payable July 1, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99(a) and is
incorporated herein by reference.
