On July 23, 2021, Lisa A. Hook, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Unisys Corporation (the “Company”), announced her resignation from the Board effective July 31, 2021. Ms. Hook’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
