This prestigious recognition highlights leading organizations from around the globe that exemplify excellence in today's corporate landscape.
Companies were acknowledged for outstanding performance in three areas: Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Sustainability Transparency. TIME's World's Best Companies list is presented annually by TIME and Statista Inc., a statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

TIME's World's Best Companies for 2025 were chosen based on an administered independent survey conducted by Statista, covering a vast sample of roughly 200,000 employees in more than 50 countries. The project scope considered all companies that generated over $100 million of revenue in the last fiscal year. Employees were surveyed anonymously through various online panels, allowing opinions to be stated openly, without any influence from their employers. Out of hundreds of thousands of data points assessed, the top 1,000 companies were recognized for outstanding performance across the three key areas.
This most recent award follows closely after Unisys being named in June to Newsweek's 2025 Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® and being listed as one of Forbes America's Best Employers for Engineers List in November 2024.
