On March 11, 2025, United Natural Foods, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to report its financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended February 1, 2025. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The Company will also make available an investor presentation on the Investors section of the Company’s website.
