On May 20, 2025, the Board of Directors of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (the “Company”) accepted Andrew Witty’s resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately. Accordingly, Mr. Witty will not stand for re-election as a director in connection with the Company’s 2025 annual shareholder meeting to be held on June 2, 2025.
