Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On February 9, 2026, Mark Barrysmith, Chief Accounting Officer of Unity Software Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to retire effective June 15, 2026. It is expected that Mr. Barrysmith will continue in his current position until that date, to facilitate an orderly transition of his responsibilities. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Accounting Officer.
