ViacomCBS’s (NASDAQ:VIAC) Paramount Pictures has teamed up with ByteDance-owned TikTok to incorporate the iconic voice of Optimus Prime into the platform’s text-to-speech functionality.
What Happened: Paramount Pictures has teamed up with TikTok to promote the upcoming release of “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” by adding the voice of Optimus Prime to the app’s text-to-speech feature.

Creator accounts in 25 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Australia and the U.K., can already use the feature to personalize their text to sound like this fictional protagonist of the Transformers franchise, reported JoBlo.com.
It will soon be available in Spanish in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Chile, Peru and other countries.
Did You Know? The person behind the voice of Optimus Prime is 81-year-old Canadian actor Peter Cullen, who is also known for his work as the voice of Eeyore in Winnie the Pooh and the Predator in the Predator franchise.
Here’s How You Can Use This Latest Feature:
Step I: Film your video like you usually do on the Create screen in TikTok.
Step II: Now, add the text you want.
Step III: Tap the text-to-speech icon and add the Optimus Prime voice.
Step IV: Tap “Next” and voila, you are done.
