On February 4, 2025, Unum Group issued a news release reporting its results for the fourth quarter of 2024, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
Also on February 4, 2025, Unum Group made available on its investor relations website at www.investors.unum.com the Statistical Supplement relating to its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024. A copy of the Statistical Supplement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
