Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 16, 2025, Upexi, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial and operational results and business highlights for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
