    As previously disclosed in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by U.S. Energy Corp. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on July 1, 2024 (the “July 1st Form 8-K”) and as updated by the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company with the SEC on July 9, 2024, management plans to hold a conference call on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET/9:00 a.m. CT to discuss the completion of a recent acquisition and the entry into a letter of intent (each as discussed in greater detail in the July  1st Form 8-K) and to conduct a question-and-answer session in connection therewith.
