On April 17, 2025, the U.S. Department of the Army announced through the publication of its Justification to Fair Opportunity (“JEFO”) on SAM.gov that it will extend the current period of performance for the various task orders under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract to support U.S. military operations worldwide (“LOGCAP V”) with V2X, Inc. The Company is one of four award recipients of LOGCAP V and has several task orders, including the Kuwait Task Order, Iraq Task Order and INDOPACOM Task Order, among others, each of which is scheduled to extend through June 2030.
