On March 3, 2022, Jeff Goater informed Vaccinex, Inc. (the “Company”) that due to new responsibilities and conflicting demands on his time, he will not stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Goater indicated that his departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
