Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On July 18, 2024, Deepak Munganahalli resigned from the Board of Directors of Valaris Limited (the “Company”). Mr. Munganahalli’s resignation was for personal reasons and was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
