On May 28, 2025, Vaxart, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that included additional frequently asked questions from retail investors and applicable answers with respect to the proposed reverse stock split to be voted on at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). As previously disclosed, on May 21, 2025, the Company convened and adjourned its Annual Meeting to June 2, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
