    Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

    On November 5, 2025, Veeco Instruments Inc. (“Veeco”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. In connection with the release and the related conference call, Veeco posted a presentation relating to its third quarter 2025 financial results on its website (www.veeco.com).
