On December 23, 2024, Venu Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release summarizing its third quarter and nine-month results for the period ended September 30, 2024, and announcing the quarter-end conference call and webcast to discuss those results. A copy of that press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1. Any materials accompanying the earnings call and webcast, together with an audio replay, have been posted on the Company’s website.
