On March 29, 2022, Verso Corporation (“Verso”) issued a press release
announcing that it has received all of the regulatory approvals necessary to complete its previously announced merger with BillerudKorsnäs AB. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by
