On November 15, 2024, Versus Systems, Inc.’s (the “Company”) board of directors appointed Aric Spitulnik as a director of the Company. Mr. Spitulnik will serve on the board’s compensation, corporate governance (nominating), and audit committees. He will chair the audit committee.
