For the second quarter of 2024, the Company currently expects:

• Revenues of $159 million to $162 million; and
   
• Adjusted EBITDA of $31 million to $33 million.

For the full-year 2024, the Company currently expects:

• Revenues of $650 million to $660 million;
• Cloud revenue growth of 28%; and
• Adjusted EBITDA of $130 million to $135 million.
