Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously disclosed by Vestis Corporation (the “Company”),Timothy Donovan, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General
Counsel, notified the Company on April 2, 2024 of his retirement effective as of October 4, 2024. The Company and Mr. Donovan have agreed that Mr. Donovan will continue in his role as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
of the Company beyond October 4, 2024.
