On May 6, 2025 , Viant Technology Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On May 5, 2025, the Company’s board of directors authorized an increase to the existing stock repurchase program, approving the repurchase of up to an additional $50.0 million of the Company’s Class A common stock or Class B units of Viant Technology LLC.
