On February 26, 2026, Vistance Networks, Inc. (the “Company” or “Vistance Networks”) issued a press release relating to its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and full fiscal year 2025. A copy of the press release, which is incorporated by reference herein, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Following the publication of the press release, the Company will host an earnings call during which its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and full fiscal year 2025 will be discussed.
