Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 9, 2024, Christian Okonsky resigned as a member of the Volcon, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors (the “Board”). Mr. Okonsky informed the board that his resignation was for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement between Mr. Okonsky and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, accounting policies, or practices.
