Vontier Appoints Mike Dwyer as President of Matco Tools

Mr. Dwyer succeeds Tim Gilmore, who will retire from the company following an exceptional 36-year career with the organization. Gilmore will serve in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Dwyer brings over 30 years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving strong operational performance. Before joining Matco Tools, Dwyer served as President of the North American Consumer business at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he led a team of over 10,000 people and drove the strategy and execution of their flagship division. Prior to his time at Goodyear, Dwyer spent 24 years with Unilever, where he held various leadership and strategic growth-oriented roles throughout the organization.
