Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a grant of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) pursuant to the Stryker 2011 Long-Term Incentive Plan, which vest as follows: one-third of the shares on August 1, 2026; one-third of the shares on August 1, 2027; and the remaining one-third of the shares on August 1, 2028.

2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Stryker Common Stock.

3. Includes 127 shares of Stryker Common Stock acquired pursuant to Stryker Corporation's Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") as of June 30, 2025, the date of the latest available statement of the reporting person's ESPP holdings.
