Today, the Board of Directors of Washington Federal, Inc. (NASDAQ:WAFD) (the "Company"), parent company of Washington Federal Bank ("WaFd Bank"), announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share. The dividend will be paid June 2, 2023, to common shareholders of record as of May 19, 2023. This will be Washington Federal's 161^st consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
