Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 2, 2023, Ann M Schwister notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wejo Group Limited (the “Company”) of her decision to resign, effective immediately, from her position as a member of the Board. Ms. Schwisters’s resignation was to pursue other opportunities and did not result from any disagreements with the Company’s management or the Board.

Ms. Schwister was a Class I director of the Company and also served as Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee.
