Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 12, 2024, Wells Fargo & Company issued a news release announcing that Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. had entered into a formal agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency related to the bank’s anti-money laundering and sanctions risk management practices.
Copies of the news release and Agreement are included as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report and are incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
