Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 3, 2025, Wells Fargo & Company (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has determined that the Company has met all conditions required to eliminate the limits on growth in total assets imposed in its 2018 consent order.
A copy of the news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
