SITE Centers Corp. (NYSE:SITC) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a one-for-four reverse stock split of the Company's common shares. The reverse stock split was authorized by the Company's shareholders at the annual meeting of shareholders held on May 8, 2024. As a result of the reverse stock split, every four of the Company's issued common shares will be exchanged for one of the Company's common shares.
