Through the relationship, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will offer a 50-basis point lender credit to qualified buyers who finance the purchase of an ICON home through Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo's relationship with ICON builds on a collaboration that began in 2019 when Wells Fargo Technology Banking began discussions with ICON around payments automation and capital markets. The conversations quickly expanded, including introducing ICON to the Wells Fargo Foundation to support Initiative 99, a global architecture competition focused on designing high-quality homes that could be built for $99,000 or less using 3D-printing technology. As part of that effort, Wells Fargo provided a $500,000 grant to help bring winning Initiative 99 designs to life at Mobile Loaves & Fishes' Community First! Village in Austin, Texas, advancing solutions for the chronically homeless while demonstrating the cost and waste reduction potential of robotic construction.
