Effective May 1, 2026, the named portfolio management team responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Fund is as follows:

- Frederick Marki
- Nicholas Mastroianni
- Mark Lindbloom
- Rafael Zielonka
Also, as of December 31, 2026, Frederick Marki will no longer be a member of the portfolio management team of the Fund.
