ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On April 10, 2025, White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: WTM) (“White Mountains”), Ethos Capital, and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, collectively the co-lead investors, issued a joint press release announcing a significant investment in BroadStreet Partners (“BroadStreet”). BroadStreet is a leading insurance brokerage company with a presence in all 50 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces. In connection with the transaction, White Mountains will invest $150 million. A copy of the joint press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
