Connexa Sports Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:CNXA) rose 34.7% to $2.56 in pre-market trading.

AgileThought, Inc. (NASDAQ:AGIL) rose 27.7% to $0.1890 in pre-market trading. On Oct. 10, 2023, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving AgileThought Parties' and stalking horse buyer's entry into agreement.

Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA (NYSE:FMS) shares fell 18.2% to $17.14 in pre-market trading.

Mobilicom Limited (NASDAQ:MOB) shares fell 17.1% to $1.70 in pre-market trading, after jumping over 44% on Tuesday. The Bank of New York Mellon reported in a filing late Monday that it increased its stake in the company.

SMX (Security Matters) Public Limited Company (NASDAQ:SMX) fell 16.7% to $2.39 in pre-market trading. SMX shares jumped 69% on Tuesday after the company announced it secured a majority stake in True Gold Consortium.

DaVita Inc. (NYSE:DVA) fell 16.5% to $76.23 in pre-market. Rockwell Medical said on Sept. 18, that the company and Davita entered into an amended and restated products purchase agreement.

E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ETWO) fell 15.3% to $3.72 in pre-market trading as the company posted downbeat results for its second quarter and named Andrew Appel as interim CEO, effective immediately.

ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:PRZO) shares fell 7.4% to $2.25 in pre-market trading after declining 10% on Tuesday. ParaZero Technologies recently announced an Australian regulator approved the first commercial drone flights in populated areas and near people using ParaZero safety systems.
