Director Not Standing for Re-election

On April 4, 2022, Mitchell Herbets, a member of the board of directors of Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”), informed the board of directors that he will not stand for re-election as a director and will step down at the end of his term effective as of the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders. Mr. Herbets will continue to serve as a director until such time. Mr. Herbets’ decision to not stand for re-election was part of the Company’s annual board of director review process and was based on personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
