Item 8.01. Other Events.

On December 17, 2021, Wireless Telecom Group, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing it entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Microlab LLC radio frequency components business to RF Industries, Inc.
