U-Haul® is closing its store at 1032 E. 46th St. at the end of business today. The retail, moving and storage center has been serving customers since 2005. Once U-Haul closes its doors, the property will go to the Texas Department of Transportation to become part of the Interstate 35 expansion in Austin. Due to operations ceasing at the U-Haul Moving & Storage at I-35 and Airport Boulevard center, seven Team Members will be let go.
