On September 16, 2021, Michael C. Bush submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of Workday, Inc. (“Workday”), effective immediately. Mr. Bush’s decision to resign as a director was not due to any disagreements with Workday on any matter relating to Workday’s operations, policies or practices.
