Item 8.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On February 26, 2025, Workhorse Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its W56 and W750 electric step vans have been approved for sale in Canada through the Appendix G Pre-clearance Program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference (the “Press Release”).
