On December 01, 2025, Worksport Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release: "Worksport Launches COR Mobile Battery Generator and SOLIS Pickup Truck Bed Mounted Solar Array; Begins Online Sales at www.worksport.com. " A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
