On September 29, 2021, William C. Dockman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of W. R. Grace & Co. (the “Company”) and Elizabeth C. Brown, Senior Vice President, HR and IT and Chief Human Resources Officer, announced their intention to retire from the Company effective June 30, 2022 for Mr. Dockman and December 31, 2021 for Ms. Brown.
