On December 5, 2025, XCF Global, Inc. (the “Company” or “XCF”) issued a press release announcing new development milestones at the Company’s New Rise Reno 2 site, XCF’s second Sustainable Aviation Fuel (“SAF”) production facility. The press release reports that initial development activities at New Rise Reno 2 have been completed, including grading of the 10-acre parcel and construction of new access roads, and that engineering, design, and project planning are underway. The press release further discusses the Company’s planned investment of approximately $300 million in New Rise Reno 2, which, together with the existing New Rise Reno facility, is expected to increase XCF’s total production capacity to approximately 80 million gallons annually.
