Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 29, 2025, Michael W. Gang, Esq. retired from the Board of Directors of The York Water Company pursuant to the Company's retirement policy. Mr. Gang had been a director of the Company for 29 years starting in January 1996. On the date of his retirement, Mr. Gang served as a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Gang will be designated as a Director Emeritus.
