(OTCM: YGYI), ("YGYI" or the "Company"), today announced the declaration of its regular monthly dividend of $0.203125 per share of its 9.75% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (OTC:YGYIP) for each of October, November and December 2021. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2021, December 15, 2021, and January 17, 2022 to holders of record as of October 31, 2021, November 30, 2021, and December 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid in cash.
