Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 10, 2021, Yucaipa Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it expects to close its previously announced business combination with Signa Sports United B.V. on December 14, 2021, subject to shareholder approval. A copy of the press release issued by the Company making such announcement is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
