On November 3, 2023, Kineta, Inc. issued a press release announcing new preclinical data on lead anti-CD27 monoclonal antibody at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer's 38th Annual Meeting. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
