On June 3, 2024, Zillow Group, Inc. (“Zillow Group” or “the Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2024 Annual Meeting”). At the 2024 Annual Meeting, Zillow Group’s shareholders voted on the following matters:
(1) | to elect four Class I directors (Erik Blachford, J. William Gurley, Gordon Stephenson and Claire Cormier Thielke) each nominated by the Company’s Board of Directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; | ||||
(2) | to ratify the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; and | ||||
| (3) | to approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. | ||||
